In order for us to achieve an excellent renovation it is essential to evaluate the following: product/service characteristics, location characteristics, market analysis, competition analysis, SWOT analysis, market segmentation, market-target definition. 3. Design + Cost
Becode – client collaboration comes to life by signing a private contract. Soon after that, you receive the new “design folder” including: architectural drawings, with alternative plan scenarios, equipment design, building drawings (mechanical, electrical, flooring, ceiling), furniture design, 3D renderings, material proposals, cost estimate, timetables.
4. Construction & site management
